Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner. Outpatient only position. Will be travelling between three (3) locations that are in very close proximity to eachother.
The NP is responsible for direct patient care including children, adult, women's health, and chronic disease prevention and management services. This would include examination and treatment of patients, recommendation, supervision of overall health concerns of the patient, and completion of all necessary paperwork involved in this process.
