The incumbent will be responsible for the ongoing administration of a managed payroll solution which includes overseeing all activities required to produce accurate bi-weekly payroll cycles, auditing payroll output and time entry data and maintaining effective payroll processes and procedures. This individual will serve as the liaison between outsourced partners, HR and business units to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll related transactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Strong, detail-oriented HR Generalist needed 40 hours per week beginning in August until early December to cover a leave of absence. Responsibilities include employee evaluations, employee relations, benefits administration, UE hearings, worker's compensation, and all facets of HR (except payroll and recruiting) for a busy staffing firm.
Bachelors degree and at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience required. PHR a plus.
