Business is downtown Baltimore is in immediate need of an experienced call center agent to join its team! This is a customer service role -- no sales.
Duties include:
- Returning client calls
- Data-entry
- Answering customer questions
- Customer Service
- All other duties as required
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE!
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to start immediately
This positions is full-time, Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
$10-$11/HR
