I have up for sale an antique bed/dresser that belonged to my Aunt and was purchased new. I believe it's from the 40's but not sure. Also included is the bed headrail/footrail that matches the dresser. It's in really excellent condition considering the age and was refinished quite a few years ago. the dresser does need a mirror as you can see the wooden frame on the one dresser is empty where the mirror should be. if interested please email me and if you want to negotiage the price i'd be willing to consider all offers. thanks for looking. also please note the head/footboard fit a full size bed as that is pretty much the standard size back in those days. in this picture the headobard is sitting behind a king size mattress so if you attach a 2x4 to it, it could still be used. the footboard looks the same but is shorter and has legs that match the dresser. i did not get a picture of the footboard because it is stored behind the dresser and it's too heavy to move at this point. measurements for the headboard are 55" wide x 47" tall in the center point of the headboard, the footboard is 54" wide x 26" tall in the center point of the footboard.
